Tonight we talked about our attitudes, our commitments, and our motivation for school and work. Christ does not call us to throw ourselves into our schoolwork to the exclusion of other things, but we must also not throw away the gifts that we have been given by being lazy and not trying. God is pleased when we do our best with what has been given to us. He is happy if we try, even if we fail.
