HI MICHELLE! How ARE you? I miss you SO much! But this website
with all the pictures is the most wonderful thing EVER! I spend half my day
looking for you in pictures and get so excited when I see you and call up
EVERYONE I know and even people you don't know who have computers. Everyone is
following your progress and loves it. I feel so much better when I see your
face and feel like I can see part of your trip with you! Whether you are tired
and exhausted like the first day in the airport or excited like with Father Jim
in Paris or slightly bored while wating in line at the cheese factory or
meditative while on retreat! PLEASE GET IN MORE PICTURES!!! Also, in group
shots get more to the front so I can see your face! There is one other girl who
looks like you from a distance, especially when you guys pull your hair back!
And a couple of times, they have taken group pictures and you are not in them
and I get panicky wondering where you are? I took Ga-Ga o!
ver to Steve Holland's on the first day when you did your video as he has the
audio capabilities and he was able to see you and hear you, but when we got over
there, something happened and you were not on there (although it has since
re-appeared so we will go back later) Ga-Ga did get to see you on the pictures
and a good shot of you standing with Father Jim and some other girls and she was
so impressed. That was one of the first times she has ever seen a computer and
Steve explained a bunch of stuff to her. On the way home she said she loved it
and now knew what a website was and what a HACKER was! It was fun! Hopefully
we will get a chance to see the tape again and hear you! The dogs miss you and
keep looking in your room. I found Spike lying in your bedroom all by himself
the other day. Funny story about Buckwheat...one of Sarah's baseball friends
came to spend the night and fell asleep on the couch while watching TV lying on
his stomach. He was Supertired and went !
into a DEEP sleep and didn't feel Buckwheat jump up on the couch, circle twice
and curl up in-between his legs and rest his head on his thigh. Buckwheat
proceeded then to go into his fetal position and deep sleep syndrome. I saw it,
but decided just to let everyone be as I would have woke up the guy and you know
Buckwheat and how resistant he is to moving off HIS couch! I go into the
kitchen and fifteen minutes later I hear a wierd noise in the living room and go
check it out. The guy was standing up next to the couch,jumping up and down and
slapping his thigh. He was really groggy and I had to ask him twice what was
wrong! He muttered that he thought he felt something on his leg and Sarah had
warned him about scorpions in the house! I thought I was going to bust a gut
laughing and yet I was trying not to embarass him at the same time, but it was
SO hard not to laugh! Especially with Buckwheat innocently looking up at him
from the couch (and, of course, Not Moving one !
bit!) I finally got through to him that it was just Buckwheat and that it was
his spot on the couch and that he just lies on whoever or whatever is there. He
finally saw the humor in it, but Sarah just about died laughing when I told her
and proceeded to tell all of her friends and I'm sure the poor guy will hear
about it forever! Well, I better go to work, but
this is so much fun! Hopefully you will get this! You know me! Please write
back if you get it and remember ADJECTIVES, ADJECTIVES!!! I Miss YOU and love
you so much!!!! MOM P.S. Sarah is driving today to San Jose by herself and
she is nervous, first long trip by herself! Nick went with her to Los Angeles
and Dan will meet her in San Jose on Saturday. Also, Hunter called you! HMMPH!
